RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Marky Sparky Toys, we want you to be over the moon with your new toys. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, don't fret - our return & refund policy has got you covered! You have 30 days to return any unused and unopened toy in its original packaging. And while we don't cover return shipping (we wish we could!), we promise to make the process as painless as possible. So go ahead order, - and if it's not your cup of tea, we'll make it right. Because at Marky Sparky Toys, we believe that playtime should always be fun, easy, and stress-free.

To start a return, email hello@markysparkytoys.com with your order number and what items you would like to refund.  A customer service member will be in touch with your RA# and where to send your returns for a refund. 

REPLACEMENTS

Did something break on your item and you need a replacement?  Is there a missing piece in your order we need to replace?  Complete our form here and we will be in touch to get you sorted out.
